Caring enough to leave
I have just been looking on the inside of myself, 'introspection' which is sometimes necessary for personal growth. I have questions:
Some people throughout history have approached the human psyche from different angles and myself for one am very fascinated with humans. I like to know what makes them react to certain things and I like to observe myself and how I react, rather than to cancel out any discoveries.
Ought we to shut down any individual who think differently than we do?
Can we leave them room to grow in their own "dark moments" without interfering?
Is it also caring to leave people to find their own answer for themselves?
The simple answer is to judge them without understanding them and their problems.
We sometimes need to make a difficult decision. Are we to react or care enough to let them grow?
We sometimes need to pause and enjoy life. I was just talking to a friend about the French phrase:
"La joie de vivre" which they believe full well. Leaving our problems behind and enjoying maybe literally or figuratively a nice glass of wine. Relaxing around with family around a good meal.
This is what joie de vivre means, the joy of life in every way. They don't worry about being overweight they are concerned about their health and eating more less healthily. They enjoy life to the fullest.
They eat the things they truly enjoy eating and like to create harmony in their meals with flavors and colors.
I had like to enjoy my life and not always worry about my dark side and make my bright side shine even brighter. I have been forced enough in a corner because I was bad. I want to fit in society and be free to be myself all included and be given room to grow.
