Frustration forces change

So far I have appeared to have all the answer about mental illness, but here I have to humble myself and admit that frustration can push me in a corner at times.  Frustration can indeed be very frustrating to deal with because we just don't have all the answer to people's problem.

So I read some about frustration online and they all seem to agree mostly in business that it comes when a goal or goals cannot be reached.  Actually frustration I have found in some cases can be really good for you or for a business.  It forces you with much squirming and twisting and pushing out of that dark hole you are in.  It forces you to look outside the box from a different angle.  It's painful, I know.  I deal with it all the time.  With me though it might have to do with my expectations of myself.  Maybe too high!  Perfectionist usually can be very frustrated.  To further the problem, this world pushes the expectation of perfection to its highest degree, so much so that people can get frustrated because of some imperfections.
Just everything has to be perfect...perfect job...perfect marriage, perfect environment and you name it.
No one appreciates the beauty of imperfection anymore.  How sad!

Especially, in the area of culinary art, like cooking and baking.  Everything has to be uniform and as close to perfection as it can be.  It brings frustration to customers and clients who are no longer buying a product, but perfect service.  If the service is no good, it's out the door.  It brings frustration and anger.

So what should we do with frustration.  What do you thing you can do to be less frustrated?  We must each deal with our own frustration and pass on our experience and knowledge to someone else.
What I do with frustration?  It is simple, I evaluate the situation.  Is it a back-burner situation? or a retry situation?  Could I deal with the situation on my own by doing some research or do I really need someone's intervention?

Please, be helpful and look around you and you will not have to go very far to find someone frustrated.  Try to help someone today.  The world has become more frustrating to live in than the world I grew up with.
Money is not the end of perfection, but love.  To love people is the answer to a lot of our frustrations.

Just listen to them, frustration comes out with every word.  Frustration is everywhere but more than ever there are many people who love and we need those people more than ever.

To conclude now I had like to share a poem:

In the Desert

Bernard Demaere

In the desert, I have been.

Nothing shines but the sun.

Nothing glitters but the sand.

Nothing grows too fast.

There is not much comfort,

Except a few rocks.

There are no birds singing,

Except the howling wind.

As I look yonder at the horizon

I see no home in sight,

However,

I look on the inside,

I see a place being furnished

It’s my heart.

In the desert,

No one really listens,

Because no one is really there.

Not everyone has been in the desert.

But One has been through it,

And He said that He will be with you,

To the end of the world.
