Chocolate!

I should have talked about chocolate long time ago.  I am from Belgium, come on!  When things come down drastically in my depression or in normal time.  I rely on food to give me a pick-me up feeling...chocolate, anything with chocolate will do, but I have learn to moderate myself.  Because I realize that what goes up must also come down and that includes...your mood too.

With me about chocolate I am partial towards Belgian chocolate but we cannot find it here so I go for Swiss.  Belgian chocolate brings back a lot of memories for me. Our Grandparents on special occasion would give us a candy called "Chokotoff" in dark chocolate made by Cote d'Or.  You can only find it online for a good sum.  They are delicious!  In Brussels, there is or used to be the Cote d'or factory at the South train station.  I would go daily by it on the tramway...Let me tell you!

Chocolate always makes me dream about tropical countries and hot weather somewhere in Africa.  I also like chocolate with not too much sugar around 70%

Chocolate is healthy, do I need to convince you anymore.  It is suppose to be good for the mind in small quantities, do I need to underline that?  Small quantities.

Anyway, there are other foods beside chocolate. There is of course chocolate and  also vegetables and healthy breads.  I like to make my own sourdough multigrain bread from a starter.  It's supposed to be healthier than regular bread.

I am not super healthy I would admit that, but so far I thank God that I don't have any ailment in me.

I just cultivate what French and Belgians call...La joie de vivre which simply means the enjoyment of life.

So have some chocolate and forget those extra calories!

Bringing up

A smile

Of

Chocolate Delight!

 

Aah!!!

Chocolates,

Of all kinds,

On the table,

Sweet,

Tropical

…aroma,

Savour

From

The

South…

Hmm!! It is chocolate!

 

Aah!!!

Chocolate,

Is There

Ever

Enough?

But for now,

It is Christmas…

One more treat

To see in your eyes…

…The Perfection

And

Reflections,

And the Smiles

Of Chocolates!!!
