Suicide Prevention

This post is directed to a group of very special people,

It is close to my heart because I do understand what people who think of suicide or are 'pushed' by their own thought and desires to suicide go through.  So I want to help you now by providing for you this page as a reference if you need it.

Suicide Prevention in Canada

Call 9-1-1 or get support from a local crisis centre. There is also the Kids Help Phone, the First Nations and Inuit Hope for Wellness Help Line, 1 866 APPELLE (Quebec residents) and the Canada Suicide Prevention Service (1-833-456-4566), that all offer 24/7 support. It's important to get help if you or someone you know is going through a crisis or thinking about suicide.
